Last Minute Meetings is now a Virginia Certified Small Parliamentarian Business

Richmond, Virginia — Last Minute Meetings is proud to announce that the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity has certified Last Minute Meetings as a Micro, Small, and Minority-Owned business. This is a 5-year certification.

“This certification is a great step as Last Minute Meetings expands its business into the government sphere. Last Minute Meetings will continue offer Parliamentarian, Recording Secretary, Workshop, and Public Hearing services to public bodies across the Commonwealth of Virginia,” said Donald Garrett, MPA, PRP, the Principal of Last Minute Meetings.

The Honorable Ralph S. Northam, Virginia’s 73nd Governor, directed executive branch agencies and institutions that have procurement authority to achieve a target of procuring 42% of discretionary spending from certified small businesses. Last Minute Meeting’s participation in Virginia’s certification program helps the State in reaching this goal.
