Last Minute Meetings Adds Virginia Government as a Client

Richmond, Virginia — Last Minute Meetings is proud to announce that the company was recently selected to be a meetings and communication consultant with the Virginia Department of Transportation, Business Opportunity and Workforce Development (BOWD) Center. Last Minute Meetings will be responsible for the preparation, production, hosting, and analysis of several webinars throughout 2021 to support the government’s efforts.

Although Last Minute Meetings is led by a Professional Registered Parliamentarian who specializes in business meetings that must follow parliamentary procedure requirements, the company can provide consulting and assistance in meetings of all types, including stakeholder engagement sessions, townhalls, public hearings, and online webinars.

Last Minute Meetings is certified by the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity as a Micro, Small, and Minority-Owned Business. This is a 5-year certification. The company has an application pending with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority to be designated a DBE Firm.
