Donald Garrett Elected VSAP Second Vice President

LastMinuteMeetings.net is proud to announce that our Principal, Donald Garrett, has been elected Second Vice President of the Virginia State Association of Parliamentarians (“VSAP”) for the 2019-2021 biennium. Convention delegates from around the state confirmed the nominating committee’s recommendation.

As Second Vice President, Donald will chair VSAP’s Budget and Finance Committee. Additionally, he will continue serving as the Information Technology Special Committee Chairman and will represent VSAP at the upcoming National Association of Parliamentarians convention.

Donald Garrett, MPA, PRP is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian based in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area (Northern Virginia). He received both his Bachelor of Arts (Government) and Master of Public Administration from George Mason University.
